Torbay Sea Angling Festival Committee has decided that local charter boats who choose not to advertise in our Festival Brochure will not be entitled to a free advertisement on this web site.

Neither will they be given "signing-on" books for the on-board convenience of their clients, who will consequently need to sign-on at local tackle shops or angling clubs prior to embarkation if they intend to fish Torbay Festival.

This is in no way intended to deter anyone who wishes to fish in this very popular and well supported event which is now one of the biggest recreational sea angling "Open" competitions anywhere in the UK.

The committee felt that it was not ethical to support or facilitate those who, while taking advantage of the organisation, do not otherwise support the Festival.  We regret the necessity to make this difficult decision, but appreciate that to continue to offer free publicity to those who do not support the Festival would be grossly unfair to those who do generously contribute.

All charter boats shown below lend their support and participation to this event.  We appreciate their efforts and recommend them to you.
